Shipping & Returns

Firstly, thank you very much for your order and support for Mockingbird, it means the world to us. Every penny goes directly to animal care. We currently offer a print to order model of merch printing. This gives us the ability to not have to use any money from your order or donations to sit on a large stockpile of merchandise, but rather print as you order. As that is our print model, we order all of our blanks from our supplier at the time of ordering or at minimum once a week to save on shipping costs. Most orders will print and ship within a week of your order, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Some orders do take longer, so please expect your order to ship within two weeks time.
